UGADI PACHADI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Tamarind - a small lemon size
Water - 1 1/4 cup
Powdered jaggery - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped raw mango - 1/2 cup
Neem flower - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp

Preparation time : 10 minutes
No of servings : 4 members
Cuisine : Indian
Coarse : Prasadam for Ugadi

Method:

1. To a bowl, add tamarind, water, soak for 10 minutes, disslove it thoroughly and remove the pulp.

2. Pour the tamarind water into a bowl, add jaggery powder, pepper powder, salt, neem flower, 
    chopped raw mango, stir well and serve.

T o a bowl, add a small lemon sized tamarind,
 1 1/4 cup of water
 and soak for 10 minutes

Thoroughly disslove the soaked tamarind in 
water and remove the pulp

Pour the tamarind water into a bowl

Add 2 tbsp of jaggery powder

Add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder

Add salt

Add 1 tsp of neem flower

Add 1/2 cup of chopped raw mango

Stir well

Serve
