EGG BHEJO
Egg Bhejo
Fry the onion until it turns golden in colour
Add the fried onion into the bowl
Add garlic
Fry until it turns golden in colour
Add chilli
Fry for 1 minute
Add it into the bowl and wait until it cools
When the onion and garlic cooled down they will become nice and crispy
Crush the fried onion and garlic
Add red chillies in the blender
Turn it into a chilli flakes
Now crushed onions and garlic are ready
Cut in the middle of the egg
Slightly press in the sides of the egg
Stuff the fried onions and garlic
Add fried chilli flakes
Add few drops of salt water
Add few drops of lemon water
Add few drops of tamarind water
You can add these water if required more to taste
Now the egg bhejo is ready to be served

Oil - 1 cup
Sliced onion - 1 cup
Sliced garlic - 1/4 cup
Red chilli - 5 nos
Boiled eggs - 5 nos
Lemon water
Salt water
Tamarind water

You can add these water if required more to taste
