FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS

Fish - 600grms [15 pcs/nos]
Chili powder -3 tsp
[Raw chili powder]
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 4-5 tbsp

Preparation time : 30 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
1 Batch : 10 minutes
Cuisine : Indian 
No of servings : 4 members
Course : Appetizer, side dish


Take chili powder

Add corn flour

Add turmeric powder

Add salt

Add lemon juice

Mix it into a paste

Take cleanly washed 
fish
Spread the masala

Coat the masala all over
 the fish nicely

Marinade the fish for 1 hour

Heat some oil in a pan add
  the marinaded fish
 in the oil

Flip over the fish

Do the same for the
 second batch


Serve
