MUSMELON GOND KATIRA
SUMMER DRINK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Gond katira - 4-5 pieces (soak for 8 hours)
Water - 1 cup


Muskmelon - 1 no 
Boiled and cooled milk - 1 cup
Honey - 2 tbsp
Ice cubes - 4-5 nos
Finely chopped badams and pistachios - 4 nos (for garnishing)

Preparation time : 20 minutes
No of servings : 3 members

Method:

1. Take a muskmelon, cut it on the top and remove the seeds.

2. Collect the pulp, place it in a blender jar, add milk, gond katira and honey.

3. Blend it into smooth mixture and pour it in the muskmelon bowl.

4. Add some chopped muskmelon pieces, ice cubes, chopped nuts and serve.

Take a medium sized muskmelon

Cut the muskmelon on the top

Remove the seeds

Collect the pulp

Place the pulp in a blender jar

Add 1 cup of milk

Add soaked gond katira

Add 2 tbsp of honey

Blend it into smooth mixture

Pour the milkshake in the muskmelon bowl

Add some chopped muskmelon pieces

Add some ice cubes

Stir once

Add chopped nuts

Serve chill
