MUSHROOM KABAB RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Cleaned mushrooms - 400 grams Maida - 1 tbsp Corn flour - 3 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 3/4 tsp Kashturi methi leaves - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Finely chopped green chilies - 2 nos Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Water - 3-4 tbsp Oil for deep frying Curry leaves - few
Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Snacks
Method:
1. Take mushrooms and cut it into halves.
2. To a bowl, add maida, corn flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, kashturi methi leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, lemon juice, water and mix well.
3. Add chopped mushrooms, mix it well and do not marinate.
4. Heat oil in a kadai, drop mushrooms in the oil and cook for a minute.
5. Flip over the mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes.
6. Add some curry leaves and fry until it turns crispy.
7. Drain the mushroom from the oil and serve. |
