BUTTER BISCUIT RECIPE



 BUTTER  BISCUIT  RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

 Unsalted butter - 100 grams
 Sugar - 1/4 cup
 Maida - 1 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Baking time : 15 minutes 
No of biscuits : 19 biscuits
No of preservation days : 4 days

Method:

1. Add sugar in a blender jar, blend it into fine powder and set it aside.

2. Add unsalted butter in a dry bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk until it turns light yellow in color.

3. Add maida, baking powder, baking soda and whisk it well.

4. Knead it into a soft dough with hand and divide it into small portions.

5. Make it into perfect round in shape and place them in a baking tray.

6. Make designs if prefered, place the tray in the oven and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.

7. Cool down the biscuits and serve.

Add powdered sugar

Whisk it until it turns light yellow in color

Add 1 1/4 cup of maida

Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Add 1/4 tsp of baking soda

Whisk it well

Divide the dough into small portions

Make it into perfect round in shape

Place it in a baking tray

Make designs with fork if preferred

Place the baking tray in the oven and bake at 
180 degree celsius for 15 minutes 

Cool down the biscuits

Serve
