BUTTER BISCUIT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Unsalted butter - 100 grams Sugar - 1/4 cup Maida - 1 1/4 cup Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Preparation time : 20 minutes Baking time : 15 minutes No of biscuits : 19 biscuits No of preservation days : 4 days Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Snacks
Method:
1. Add sugar in a blender jar, blend it into fine powder and set it aside.
2. Add unsalted butter in a dry bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk until it turns light yellow in color.
3. Add maida, baking powder, baking soda and whisk it well.
4. Knead it into a soft dough with hand and divide it into small portions.
5. Make it into perfect round in shape and place them in a baking tray.
6. Make designs if prefered, place the tray in the oven and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
7. Cool down the biscuits and serve. |
