NUCCHINA UNDE RECIPE INGREDIENTS Chana dal - 1/2 cup Toor dal - 1/2 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves  - 2 tbsp Finely chopped ginger - 2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Finely chopped green chilies - 2 nos Finely chopped curry leaves  1 string Finely chopped dill leaves - 1 cup Salt - 3/4 tsp Preparation time : 20 minutes Soaking time : 5 hours Cooking time : 15 minutes No of servings : 4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method: 1. To a bowl, add toor dal, chana dal, rinse it well, add water and soak for 5 hours. 2. Drain the water from soaked dal, place it in a blender jar and blend it into coarse paste. 3.   BUTTER  BISCUIT  RECIPE INGREDIENTS   Unsalted butter - 100 grams  Sugar - 1/4 cup  Maida - 1 1/4 cup Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Preparation time : 20 minutes Baking time : 15 minutes  No of biscuits : 19 biscuits No of preservation days : 4 days Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Snacks Method: 1. Add sugar in a blender jar, blend it into fine powder and set it aside. 2. Add unsalted butter in a dry bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk until it turns light yellow in color. 3. Add maida, baking powder, baking soda and whisk it well. 4. Knead it into a soft dough with hand and divide it into small portions. 5. Make it into perfect round in shape and place them in a baking tray. 6. Make designs if prefered, place the tray in the oven and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. 7. SPROUTED GREEN GRAM DOSA RECIPE INGREDIENTS Soaked idly rice - 1/2 cup (2 hours) Green chilies - 2 nos Peeled and sliced ginger - 2 nos (1 inch) Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Sprouted green gram - 1 cup Water - 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup (for blending) Soaking time : 2 hours Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of dosas : 10-11 dosas No of servings : 4-5 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method: 1. Add idly rice in a bowl, add water and soak for 2 hours. 2. Add green chilies, sliced ginger, cumin seeds, asafoetida, salt and sprouted green gram. 3.
