MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Riped bananas - 2 nos
Riped mango - 1 no
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Boiled and cooled milk - 2 cups

INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING

Chia seeds - 2 pinches
Sliced badams - 3 nos

Preparation time : 15 minutes
No of servings : 2 members

Method:

1. Take mango, bananas, peel the skin, chop it into small pieces and place it in a blender jar.

2. Add sugar, milk, grind it into smooth mixture and pour in a glass.

3. Garnish it with some sliced badam, chia seeds and serve.

Take riped mango and bananas
