GINGER GARLIC PASTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Peeled and sliced ginger - 1/2 cup
Peeled garlic - 3/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation : 30 minutes
Storage duration : 1 month

Method:

1. Add peeled, sliced ginger and peeled garlic in a blender jar.

2. Add salt, refined oil and grind it into smooth paste.

3. Store the ginger garlic paste in a air tight container for a month.

Take 1/2 cup of peeled, sliced ginger
 and 3/4 cup of peeled garlic

Place it in a blender jar

Add 1/2 tsp of salt

Add 2 tbsp of refined oil

Grind it into smooth paste

Store it in a air tight container for a month
