MANGO MOUSSE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 500 ml
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Peeled and chopped mango - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Chopped mango - 2 tbsp (for garnishing)

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Refrigerating time : 1 hour
No of servings : 2 members

Method:

1. Boil milk in a sauce pan, add vinegar, stir well and turn off the flame once when the milk curdles.

2. Pour the curdled milk in a white cloth and let it cool down for 5 minutes.

3. Add water, wash it well, squeeze the cloth, strain the water and place it in a blender jar.

4. Add chopped mango, condensed milk and grind it into smooth paste.

5. Place it in a seving glass, garnish it with some chopped mangoes, refrigerate for an hour and serve.

Boil 500 ml of milk in a sauce pan

Add 2 tsp of vinegar

Stir well

Turn off the flame once when the milk curdlles

Pour the currdled milk in a white cloth

Let it cool down for 5 minutes

Add water and wash it well

Squeeze the cloth and strain the water 

Place it in a blender jar

Add 1 cup of chopped mango

Add 2 tbsp of condensed milk

Grind it into smooth paste

Place it in a serving glass

Garnish it with some chopped mangoes

Refrigerate for an hour and serve
