RAW BANANA STEM CHUTNEY RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTEUNG AND GRINDING Oil - 1 tbsp Chopped onion - 1 no Green chilies - 2 nos Finely chopped raw banana stem - 1 cup Tamarind - small gooseberry size Coriander leaves - 1/2 handful Chopped coconut - 1/2 cup Fried gram - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required) Water - 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Oil - 2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 1 string Preparation time : 20 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes No of servings : 4-5 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Side Dish for dosa Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilies, chopped raw banana stem, tamarind and saute          for 6-7 minutes. 2. WATERMELON SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS Deseeded and chopped watermelon - 3 cups Finely chopped onion - 1 no Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2 Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp (as required) Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Chaat masala powder - 1/4 tsp Preparation time : 15 minutes No of servings : 2 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Appetizer Method: 1. To a bowl, add chopped watermelon, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, chat          masala powder, mix well and serve. MANGO MOUSSE RECIPE INGREDIENTS Milk - 500 ml Vinegar - 2 tsp Peeled and chopped mango - 1 cup Condensed milk - 2 tbsp Chopped mango - 2 tbsp (for garnishing) Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Refrigerating time : 1 hour No of servings : 2 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Dessert Method: 1. Boil milk in a sauce pan, add vinegar, stir well and turn off the flame once when the milk curdles. 2. Pour the curdled milk in a white cloth and let it cool down for 5 minutes. 3. Add water, wash it well, squeeze the cloth, strain the water and place it in a blender jar. 4. Add chopped mango, condensed milk and grind it into smooth paste. 5. Place it in a seving glass, garnish it with some chopped mangoes, refrigerate for an hour and serve. BOMBAY POORI MASALA RECIPE INGREDIENTS Boiled potatoes - 4 nos Oil - 1 tbsp Kashturi methi leaves - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/8 tsp Hot water - 1 1/2 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required) Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Preparation time : 20 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes No of servings : 4-5 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Side Dish for poori or chappati Method: 1. Boil potatoes, mash it well and set it aside. 2. Heat oil in a kadai, add kashturi methi leaves, reduce the flame to low, add all the spices and mix it          once. 3. Add mashed potatoes, salt, water, stir well and let it boil for 5 minutes in medium flame. 4. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix once, turn off the flame and serve.
