MANGO SAGO DESSERT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Sago - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 cups
Mango puree - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
No of servings : 4 members

Method:

1. Add sago in a bowl, wash it well, add water, soak for 2 hours and drain the water.

2. Boil water in a sauce pan, add soaked sago and let it boil for 10 minutes.

3. Strain the boiled sago, wash it with cold water, drain it and set aside.

4. Add mango puree, condensed milk, boiled sago in a bowl, mix well and serve.

Add 1/4 cup of sago in a bowl

Wash it well, add water and soak for 2 hours

Drain the water

Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan

Add soaked sago

Stir well

Boil for 10 minutes in medium flame

Place a strainer on the bowl

Strain the boiled sago

Add cold water and rinse it well

Drain the sago from the water

Set it aside

Add 1 cup of mango puree and
1/4 cup of condensed milk in a bowl

Mix well

Add boiled sago

Mix well

Serve
