WHITE CHANA KURMA RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR GRINDING Finely chopped coconut - 1/2 cup Garlic - 4 nos Ginger - 3 nos (1 inch) Green chilies - 2 nos Fenal seeds - 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds - 1/2 tsp Elaichi - 1 no Cloves - 4 nos Cinamon - 1 no Fried gram - 2 tsp Water - 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS TO MAKE KURMA Oil - 2 tbsp Fenal seeds - 1/4 tsp Finely chopped onion - 1 no Curry leaves - 1 string Finely chopped tomato - 1 no Salt - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Curd - 2 tbsp Soaked white chana - 2 cups Water - 1 1/2 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 3-4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Side Dish for poori, chapati or parotta Method: 1. AVAL UPMA RECIPE INGREDIENTS Oil - 3 tbsp Groundnut seeds - 1/2 cup Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1 tbsp Dry red chilies - 2 nos Finely chopped onions - 2 nos Slit green chilies - 2 nos Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Thick poha - 2 cups Salt - 1/2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Plain sev - 1/4 cup Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes No of servings : 3-4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method: 1. MANGO SAGO DESSERT RECIPE INGREDIENTS Sago - 1/4 cup Water - 2 cups Mango puree - 1 cup Condensed milk - 1/2 cup Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes No of servings : 4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Dessert Method: 1. Add sago in a bowl, wash it well, add water, soak for 2 hours and drain the water. 2. Boil water in a sauce pan, add soaked sago and let it boil for 10 minutes. 3. Strain the boiled sago, wash it with cold water, drain it and set aside. 4. Add mango puree, condensed milk, boiled sago in a bowl, mix well and serve. Add 1/4 cup of sago in a bowl Wash it well, add water and soak for 2 hours Drain the water Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan Add soaked sago Stir well Boil for 10 minutes in medium flame Place a strainer on the bowl Strain the boiled sago Add cold water and rinse it well Drain the sago from the water Set it aside Add 1 cup of mango puree and 1/4 cup of condensed milk in a bowl Mix well Add boiled sago Mix well Serve
