MASALA OMELETTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Finely chopped onion - 1 no
Finely chopped green chilies - 2 nos
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 5 nos
Oil for toating

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
No of servings : 4 members
Cuisine : Indian
Coarse : Breakfast, side dish for rasam rice or sambar rice

Method:

1. Take a bowl, add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, spice powders and mix well.

2. Add eggs and beat well.

3. Greece a tava, pour the egg mixture, drizzle some oil and cook for a minute.

4. Flip over the omelette, cook for a minute, take the omelette from the tava and serve hot.

Add chopped onion, green chilies,
coriander leaves in a bowl

Add salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp of red chili powder
 and 1/2 tsp of  pepper powder

Mix well

Add 5 eggs

Beat well

Greece a tava and pour the egg mixture

Drizzle some oil

Cook for a minute

Flip over the omelettte

Cook for a minte in medium flame

Take the omelette from the tava

Serve hot with sauce for breakfast or
as side dish for rasam rice or sambar rice
