FRIED GRAM IDLY PODI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Fried gram - 1/2 cup
Dry red chilies - 2 nos
Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required)
Peeled garlic - 2 nos

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cuisine : Indian
Coarse : Side Dish for idly

Method:

1. Take a blender jar, add fried gram, dry red chilies, garlic and salt.

2. Grind it into smooth powder, sprinkle some gingely oil and serve with idly.

Add 1/2 cup of fried gram in a blender jar

Add 2 dry red chilies and garlic

Add salt

Grind it into smooth powder

Fried gram idly podi is ready

Sprinkle some gingely oil and serve with idly
