MORINGA LEAVES POORI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR GRINDING
Drumstick leaves - 1/2 handful Green chilies - 2 nos Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Water - 1/4 cup (for grinding)
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE DOUGH
Wheat flour - 2 cups Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Clean drumstick leaves, wash well and place it in a blender jar.
2. Add cumin seeds, green chilies. water and grind it into smooth paste.
3. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ground drumstick leaves paste and mix well.
4. Add water in intervals, knead well and form a dough.
5. Divide the dough into small portions, greece the surface with some oil, place the dough on top, pour a drop of oil and spread the dough evenly.
6. Heat oil in a kadai, make sure the oil is nice and hot, drop the dough gently into the oil.
7. Slightly press the dough on one side and flip over the poori to the other side.
8. Drain the poori from the oil, place it in a bowl and serve hot. |
