MORUNGA KEERAI THOVAYAL RECIPE INGREDIENTS Oil - 1 tbsp Chana dal - 1 tbsp Urad dal - 1 tbsp Peeled garlic - 3 nos Dry red chilies - 3 nos Roughtly chopped onion - 1 no Cleaned drumstick leaves - 1 handful Chopped coconut - 1/4 cup Tamarind - a small piece Salt - 1 tsp (as required) Jaggery - 1 tsp Water - 1/4 cup (for grinding) Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes No of servings : 3-4 members Cuisine : South Indian Coarse : Side Dish for rice Method: 1. Clean the drumstick leaves, wash and drain well. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add chana dal, urad dal and fry until it turns golden brown in color. 3. Add red chilies, garlic, onion, curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame. 4. MORINGA LEAVES POORI  RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR GRINDING Drumstick leaves - 1/2 handful Green chilies - 2 nos Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Water - 1/4 cup (for grinding) INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE DOUGH Wheat  flour - 2 cups Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil for deep frying Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 4-5 members Cuisine : South Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method: 1. Clean drumstick leaves, wash well and place it in a blender jar. 2. Add cumin seeds, green chilies. water and grind it into smooth paste. 3. SOFT AND SPONGY DOSA RECIPE INGREDIENTS Idly rice - 1/4 cup Dosa rice - 3/4 cup Urad dal - 1/4 cup Chana dal - 1 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Preparation time : 20 minutes Soaking time : 6 hours Fermentation time : 8 hours Cooking time : 30 minutes No of making : 10 Dosas No of servings : 3-4 members Cuisine : South Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method: 1. Take a bowl add dosa rice, idly rice, urad dal, chana dal, fenugreek seeds, rinse well and soak for 6         hours. 2.
