JACKFRUIT KESARI BATH RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 3 tbsp Cashew nuts - 10 nos Raisins - 10 nos Chopped jack friut - 1 1/2 cup Yellow food color - 1 pinch Water - 2 cups Roasted rava - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Ghee - 1 tbsp Ellaichi - 2 nos

Method:
1. Deseed the jackfruit, chop it finely and set aside.
2. To a mortor add cardomom and crush well.
3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add cashew nuts, raisins and fry until they are nicely plumped up.
4. Place the fried cashew and raisins in a bowl and set aside
5. Heat the remaining ghee in the same kadai, add chopped jackfruit and saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
6.Cook the jackfruit into a slight mashy consistency with some water and stir well.
7. Add yellow food color, stir and bring it to a good boil. once it boils reduce the flame to low, add rava and stir constantly
8. Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame, add sugar and mix well
9. Add fried nuts with a table spoon of ghee, mix well and serve.
