LADIES FINGER KURKURE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Ladies finger - 250 grms Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp [as required] Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Rice flour - 2 tbsp Gram flour - 2 tbsp Oil for deep frying
Preparation time : 30 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings - 3-4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Snacks
Method :
1) Take ladies finger wash, drain well and wipe well with a dry towel.
2) Cut both the edges of the ladies finger and slice it thin.
3) Deseed the ladies finger and slice it thin.
4) Place the sliced ladies finger in a mixing bowl.
5) Add lemon juice, salt, mix once gently.
6) Add turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, rice flour, gram flour and mix well.
7) Sprinkle some water and mix gently.
8) Heat oil in a kadai, sprinkle the ladies finger into batches and fry them.
9) Cook for 30 seconds in medium flame, flip gently and fry it in a nice golden brown in color.
10) Drain the ladies finger and serve. |
