Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Cinnamon / patai - 2 nos 1 inch
Cardamom / elakai - 2 nos
Cloves / lavangam - 2 nos
Fennel seeds / sombu - 1/2 tsp
Kashturi methi - 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 nos [Big]
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato - 2 nos [Big]
Slit green chili - 2 nos
Raw chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp [As required]
Water - 3/4 cup
Mushroom - 300 grms

No of servings : 3-4 members
Method :
1) Take washed and dried mushroom, slice and set aside.
2) Heat oil in a kadai, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, kashturi methi and mix once.
3) Add chopped onion, saute well for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
4) Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute in medium flame.
5) Add chopped tomatoes, green chili and saute for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
6) Saute the tomatoes until mushy.
7) Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
8) Add water, mix and cook for 1 minute in medium flame.
9) Add sliced mushrooms, mix once, cover and cook for 10 minutes in low flame and serve.
