PEPPER  CHICKEN RECIPE - INDO - CHINESE

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION

Chicken - 400 grams [boneless chicken]
Egg - 1 no
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Oil for shallow frying - 1 cup

INGREDIENTS FOR SEASONING

Oil - 1 tsp
Finely chopped garlic - 4 nos
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chili - 1 no
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 pinches
Onion or spring onion - few
Corn flour - 2 tsp 
Water - 3 tbsp


Preparation time : 15 minutes
Marination time : 30 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
No of servings : 3 members
Cuisine : Indian
Coarse : Side Dish 


Method : 

1) Take cleaned boneless chicken in a bowl, break an egg in the chicken, add salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and mix well.

2) Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces one after the other and shallow fry them. 

3) Flip over the chicken and cook on both sides, the chicken will cook within 5 minutes and then drain the chicken off the excess oil.

4) Follow the same procedure for the second batch, place all the fried chicken in a plate and set aside.

5) Take corn flour in a bowl, add water and mix well without any lumps. Remove the excess oil and again heat the same pan.

6) Add oil, chopped ginger, garlic and saute well. Add chopped green chili and green part of the spring onion.

7) Saute well in a low flame. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.

8) Add salt and mix once. Add all the fried  chicken pieces in the pan, sprinkle some pepper powder and mix well.

9) Add the corn flour mixture and mix again. Sprinkle some generous amount of spring onion, turn off the flame and serve.

Take cleaned 400 grams of boneless chicken

Break an egg in the chicken

Add 1/2 tsp of salt

Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder

Ass 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste

Add 1 tbsp of corn flour

Mix them well

Marinate for 30 minutes

The chicken has been marinated

Heat oil in a pan

Add the chicken pieces

Add them after the other, shallow fry the chicken

Flip over the chicken, and cook well  on
 both sides, the chicken will cook within 5 minutes

Drain the chicken off the oil

Follow the same procedure for the second batch


Place all the fried chicken in a plate
and set aside

Prepare all the seasoning ingredients

Take 2 tsp of corn flour in a bowl

Add  3 tbsp water, mix well without forming any
 lumps and set aside 

Remove the excess oil, and again heat the
 same pan with 1 tsp of oil

Add chopped ginger and garlic

Saute well

Add chopped green chili and  white part of the
spring onion

Saute well in a low flame

Add 2 tsp of soy sauce and tomato sauce

Mix it

Add 2 pinches of salt

Again mix once

Add all fried chicken pieces in the pan 

Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of pepper powder 

Mix well

Add the corn flour mixture

Mix again

Sprinkle generous amount of spring onion
and turn off the flame

Serve with fried rice or noddles
