INGREDIENTS
Apple - 2 nos
Milk - 500 ml [1/2 liter]
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder [elakkai] -1/2 tsp
Cashew - 5 nos
Dry Grapes - 5 nos
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes

| Lets cook now lets get started |

| Take a pan and heat some ghee |

| Add in some cashews and raisins |

| Fry the nuts till it turns golden brown in colour |

| Now take chopped apples in a pan |

| Saute for few minutes |

| Place aside in a plate and cool completely |

| In a pan heat some milk |

| Bring it to a boil |

| And the milk should be reduced to half |

| Add sugar |

| Add condensed milk |

| Turn off the flame the milk is to be cooled completely |

| Now add cooked apple |

| Add cardamom |

| Add the fried cashew nuts and raisins |

| Set in the refridgerator for ten minutes |
