ONION BONDA |
INGREDIENT
Onion - 4 nos sliced
Finely chopped green chilies - 2 nos
Curry leaves - 2 strings
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - 1 tsp (as required)
Fennel seeds -1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Hot oil - 2 tbsp
Water
Oil for deep frying
Preparation time : 25 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins

Method :
1. Take a bowl, add sliced onon, spice powders and mix well.
2. Add rice flour, gram flour, water, hot oil and mix well.
3. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into small portions.
4. Drop the bonda into the hot oil, fry until it turns golden brown in color on both sides.
5. Drain the bonda from the oil and serve hot.

| Fry until it turns golden brown in color |
