MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS Riped bananas - 2 nos Riped mango - 1 no Sugar - 4 tbsp Boiled and cooled milk - 2 cups INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING Chia seeds - 2 pinches Sliced badams - 3 nos Preparation time : 15 minutes No of servings : 2 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Breakfast or snacks Method: 1. Take mango, bananas, peel the skin, chop it into small pieces and place it in a blender jar. 2. Add sugar, milk, grind it into smooth mixture and pour in a glass. 3. Garnish it with some sliced badam, chia seeds and serve. Take riped mango and bananas Peel the skin and chop it into small pieces Place it in a blender jar Add 4 tbsp of sugar Add 2 cups of milk Grind it into smooth mixture Pour it in a glass Garnish it with some sliced badam and chia seeds Serve

CURRY LEAVES RICE RECIPE  INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTEING AND GRINDING Groundnut oil - 1 tbsp Roughtly chopped onion - 1/2 Sliced ginger - 2 nos Garlic - 5 nos Green chilies - 2 nos Cashewnuts - 5 nos Curry leaves - 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Groundnut oil - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Finely chopped onion - 1/2  Salt - 1 tsp (as required) Water - 1/4 cup Cooked rice - 3 cups Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Lunch box recipe Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, cashewnuts and saute for for 2            minutes. 2. GINGER GARLIC PASTE RECIPE INGREDIENTS Peeled and sliced ginger - 1/2 cup Peeled garlic - 3/4 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Refined oil - 2 tbsp Preparation : 30 minutes Storage duration : 1 month Method: 1. Add peeled, sliced ginger and peeled garlic in a blender jar. 2. Add salt, refined oil and grind it into smooth paste. 3. Store the ginger garlic paste in a air tight container for a month. Take 1/2 cup of peeled, sliced ginger  and 3/4 cup of peeled garlic Place it in a blender jar Add 1/2 tsp of salt Add 2 tbsp of refined oil Grind it into smooth paste Store it in a air tight container for a month

SWEET POTATO WALNUT CHOCOLATE BALLS RECIPE INGREDIENTS Sweet potatoes - 2 nos (big) Dark chocolate - 125 grams Chopped walnut - 1/4 cup Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking  time : 4 minutes Steaming time : 20 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Snacks Method: 1. Take sweet potatoes, chop it into small pieces and place it in a steaming pot. 2. Steam for 20 minutes, place it in a plate, cool down completely, peel the skin and mash it. 3. Take dark chocolate and chop it roughtly. 4. Heat a pan, add mashed sweet potatoes, chopped chocolate and mix for 3-4 minutes. 5. Add chopped walnut, mix once, turn off the flame and place it in a bowl. 6. Let it cool down slightly, roll it into small balls and serve.
