JACKFRUIT PAYASAM RECIPE INGREDIENTS Sabbakki - 1/2 cup Water - 2 cups Deseeded jackfruit - 25 nos Jaggey  - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Thick coconut milk - 2 cups Crushed elaichis - 2 nos Ghee - 2 tbsp Cashewnuts - 10 nos Raisins - 10 nos Chopped coconut - 1/4 cup Preparation time : 30 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 8 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Dessert Method: 1. Add sabbaki in a bowl, wash it well, add water and soak for 8 hours. 2. Deseed jackfriuts and chop it into small pieces. 3. Add water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. 4. Add soaked sabakki and cook for 10 minutes until it turns soft. 5. Add chopped jackfruit and mix well. 6. Add jaggery in a pan, add water, stir well without any lumps and strain it in a bowl. 7. Add the jaggery syrup in the payasam, stir well and let it boil for 10 minutes. 8. Add coconut milk, turn off the flame and set it aside. 9. CAPSICUM RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR ROASTING AND GRINDING Chana dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp White sesame seeds - 1 tsp Bedige chilies - 4 nos Grated coconut - 2 tbsp INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - 1 string Finely chopped onion - 1 no Chopped capsicum - 1 no Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required) Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Cooked rice - 3 cups Lemon juice - 1/2 Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required) Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 2 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Lunch box recipe Method: 1.
