MINT RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTEING AND GRINDING Oil - 1 tsp Garlic - 4 nos Ginger - 5 nos (1inch) Green chilies - 2 nos Tamarind - a small piece Roughtly chopped onion - 1/2 Cleaned mint leaves - 1 handful Cleaned coriander leaves - few Water for grinding - 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Groundnut seeds - 2 tbsp Sliced onion - 1/2 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - 1/8 tsp Salt - 1 tsp +1/4 tsp (as required) Water - 1/4 cup Cooked rice - 4 cups Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Lunch box recipe Method: 1. Take cleaned mint leaves in a bowl, rinse well and set aside. 2.
