                                                                          MANGO UPMA RECIPE INGREDIENTS Oil - 3 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Sliced onion - 1 no Curry leaves - few Green chilies - 5 nos Grated raw mango - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Water - 2 1/2 cup  Roasted rava - 1 cup Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 2 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Breakfast Method:  1. BAINGAN MASALA RECIPE   INGREDIENTS Banglore egg plant - 1 no (medium size) Oil - 2 tbsp INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Chopped onion - 1 no Slit green chilies - 3 nos Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chopped tomato - 1 no Salt - 1 tsp (as required) Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves - few Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Side Dish for chapatti Method: 1.
