PEPPER  CHICKEN RECIPE - INDO - CHINESE INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION Chicken - 400 grams [boneless chicken] Egg - 1 no Corn flour - 1 tbsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Oil for shallow frying - 1 cup INGREDIENTS FOR SEASONING Oil - 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic - 4 nos Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp Finely chopped green chili - 1 no Soy sauce - 2 tsp Tomato sauce - 2 tsp Salt - 2 pinches Onion or spring onion - few Corn flour - 2 tsp  Water - 3 tbsp Preparation time : 15 minutes Marination time : 30 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Side Dish  Method :  1) Take cleaned boneless chicken in a bowl, break an egg in the chicken, add salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and mix well. 2) Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
