DRUMSTICK  LEAVES  SOUP INGREDIENTS Drumstick leaves - hand full Tomato - 1 no Onion - 1 no Garlic - 4-5 cloves Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp Pepper - 1/2 tsp Cumin [jeerakam] - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Water - 4 cup Salt 1 tsp Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes No of servings ; 4 member Cuisine : Indian  Take all the ingredients Take a pan heat some oil add cumin seeds, pepper, coriander seeds and garlic Saute for few minutes Add  onion Add tomatoes Saute for few minutes Add salt Again saute for a minute Add drumstick leaves Saute for a minute Switch off the flame Cool the mixture  completely Add the mixture into  the blender Blend the mixture Add 1 cup of water Blend it smooth and fine paste Place it in the same pan Add some water in the blender Pour that mixture in the  pan again add 2 cups   of water Boil the mixture again Boil Bring it to one boil Switch off the flame Strain them completely Use a spoon t...

APPLE KEER INGREDIENTS Apple - 2 nos Milk - 500 ml [1/2 liter] Sugar - 1/2 cup Condensed milk - 1/4 cup Ghee - 1 tsp Cardamom powder [elakkai] -1/2 tsp Cashew - 5 nos Dry Grapes - 5 nos Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of serving : 4 members Cuisine : Indian Course : desert Take all the ingredients Intialy peel the skin of the apple Take finely chopped  apples   Lets cook now lets get started Take a pan and heat   some ghee Add in some cashews and raisins Fry the nuts till it turns golden  brown in colour Place them in a cup  to cool  Now take chopped apples  in a pan Saute for few minutes Cook the apple in a mashy  consistency Place aside in a plate and cool completely In a pan heat some milk Bring it to a boil Boil for 10 minutes And the milk should be   reduced to half Add sugar Add condensed milk Again boil for 3 minutes Turn off the flame the milk  is to be cooled completely Now add cooked ap...
