  CUCUMBER CURD GRAVY RECIPE INGREDIENTS Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Dry red chili - 1 no Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Finely chopped onion - 1 no Finely chopped green chili - 1 no Curry leaves -  1 string Finely chopped cucmber - 1 no (medium size) Salt - 1 tsp (as required) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Curd - 1 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes No of servings : 3 members Cuisine : Karnataka Coarse : Side Dish for rice Method: 1. Take a cucumber, cut both the edges, cut it into halves, slice it thinely and chop it into small pieces. 2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splatter. 3.
