JACKFRUIT KESARI BATH RECIPE INGREDIENTS Ghee - 3 tbsp Cashew nuts - 10 nos Raisins - 10 nos Chopped jack friut - 1 1/2 cup Yellow food color - 1 pinch Water - 2 cups Roasted rava - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Ghee - 1 tbsp Ellaichi - 2 nos Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes No of servings : 4 members Cuisine : Kerala  Coarse : Dessert Method: 1. Deseed the jackfruit, chop it finely and set aside. 2. To a mortor add cardomom and crush well. 3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add cashew nuts, raisins and fry until they are nicely plumped up. 4. Place the fried cashew and raisins in a bowl and set aside 5. Heat the remaining ghee in the same kadai, add chopped jackfruit and saute for 2-3 minutes in                medium flame. 6.Cook the jackfruit into a slight mashy consistency with some water and stir well. 7. SPICY MAMGO SALAD RECIPE INGRDIENTS Riped chopped mango - 3 cups finely chopped tomato - 1no Finely chopped onion - 1 no  (medium size) Finely chopped green chili - 1 no Finely chopped coriander - 1/2 cup Brown sugar/ naatu sarkarai - 2 tbsp Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp Prepation time - 15 minutes no of servings - 4-5 members Coarse : Snack Cuisine : Indian Method : 1. Add chopped mangoes, chopped onions,tomatoes, green chilies,coriander leaves,brown sugar,chili          flakes, salt, lime juice, mix well and serve.
