MINT RICE / PUDINA RICE RECIPE GRINDING INGREDIENTS Mint leaves - 1 handful Coriander leaves - 1 handful Sliced ginger - 2 nos (1 inch) Green chilies - 2 nos Garlic - 4 nos Cinnamon - 2 nos (1 inch) Whole pepper - 10 nos Star flower / pine apple flower - 1 no small Finely chopped coconut - 1/4 cup Water for grinding - 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING Cooking oil - 3 tbsp Bay leaf - 1 no Finely chopped onion - 1 no (medium size) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 2 tsp (as required) Water - 4 cups Bullet rice - 2 cups Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 4 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : lunch Method : 1) Take 2 cups of rice, pour water and soak for 20 minutes. 2) Add all the grinding ingredients in a blender with some coriander leaves, mint leaves and add some water. 3) Grind it into smooth paste.
