FRUIT CUSTARD RECIPE INGREDIENTS Milk - 1/4 cup (for mixing custard powder) Custard powder - 3 tbsp Milk - 3/4 litre ( for boiling) Sugar -10 tbsp  (3/4 cup) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Chopped grapes - 1/2 cup Peeled and chopped apple - 1/2 cup Peeled and chopped banana - 1/2 cup Peeled pomegranate - 1/2 cup Tutty fruitty - 1/4 cup Preparation time : 20 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes Cooling time : 5 hours No of servings: 5 members Cuisine : Indian Coarse : Dessert  Method: 1. Add custard powder, milk in a bowl, mix well and set aside. 2. Add milk in a sauce pan, stir once, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes. 3. Pour the custard mixture, add vanilla essence, stir once and turn off the flame. 4. Pour the custard milk into a bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours. 5. Take the refrigerated custard milk, add chopped fruits, tutty fruitty, mix well and serve. SUNDAKAI PARUPPU KADAYAL RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR BOILING DAL Turkey berries / sundakai - 250 grams Toor dal - 1/4 cup Chopped onion - 1 no Chopped tomato - 1 no Peeled garlic - 15 nos Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Water - 3 cups Salt - 2 1/2 tsp (as required) Tamarind - small gooseberry size INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING   Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - few Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes No of servings : 6 members Cuisine : Tamil Nadu Coarse : Side Dish for rice Method: 1. Place the turkey berries in a mortor and crush it well. 2. Place the crushed turkey berries in a bowl and rinse well for 6-7 times. 3.
